Evaluation Pattern

Under the continuous and comprehensive evaluation system, students are evaluated through class work, homework, unit tests, projects and co-curricular activities in the form of Formative and Summative Assessments. Tests/Exams will be conducted for classes 1 onwards in all the academic subjects as per the dates given in the school calendar. The details about various Evaluation Tools are as follows:

 Promotion Rules:-

A child

  • should have 80% attendance to appear for the fianl exams.
  • should appear for both the Unit Tests and Summative Exams. 
  • if absent for both the tests or both the exams he/she will be marked as absent and no retest will be conducted.
  • if appearing for only any one of the tests or exams, 50% of the marksa secured in the appeared test or exam will be given as weightage and he/she will not be considered for the class merit list.
  • has to score a minimum of 33% in each subject.(i.e., 100 out 0f 300)
  • Academic subjects to be evaluated on 7 point scale as mentioned below.
  • Non academic subjects to be evaluated on 5 point scale.
  • In case of any sickness, medical certificate to be submitted.
  • Decision of the school regarding results will be final.
